New families are welcome to visit our school and tour our classrooms. When registering your child, please download the appropriate forms and return the completed packet to the school office with the necessary information.

You will need:

• $300.00 Non-refundable registration fee (check made payable to Notre Dame de Lourdes School)
• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate (If not baptized at Notre Dame de Lourdes or Our Lady of Peace)
• Social Security Number
• Immunization Records
• Kindergarten Child must be 5 by 09/1/24 - Full Day program only

• Attendance at weekly Sunday Mass
• $15.00 donation using the parish envelopes (minimum of $750) or Parish Giving program.
